Privacy
Short version: the quote form collects what I need to price a flight, I use it for that, and I delete it when you ask.
This page covers androne.org and the quote form on it. Androne Imagery is a one-person business, so “I” below means me, the pilot.
What I collect
When you send the quote form, I receive whatever you typed into it:
- The property address you want flown
- Your name, email address and, if you give one, your phone number
- The service you picked and your timing
- Anything you wrote in the notes box
If you email or call instead, I have whatever is in that message. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
What I use it for
One thing: planning and pricing the flight. The address is used to check the airspace and work out the job. Your contact details are used to send you the price and, if we go ahead, to arrange a date.
Property addresses are sensitive. I don’t sell, rent, trade or share this information with anyone, and I don’t use it for marketing.
Who else touches it
Two services carry the message on the way to me:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and passes the form submission along
- Resend delivers the form as an email to my inbox
Both are processors handling the message in transit. Beyond them, the enquiry sits in my email inbox and nowhere else.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that turn into work are kept with the job records for as long as I need them for accounting. Enquiries that don’t go anywhere are deleted once it’s clear they aren’t going anywhere — generally within a year.
Photographs
Imagery I capture on a job belongs to you to use as you like. I keep the right to show work in my own portfolio, and I’ll leave a job out of it if you ask. Inspection work is kept private as a matter of course and never appears in the portfolio with a client name attached.
I photograph the site I’m hired for. Flights stay over that property and its immediate approach.
Asking for deletion
Email a.bird@androne.org or call (716) 550-6121 and ask me to delete your enquiry or your imagery. Tell me the address or the email you used so I can find it. I’ll do it and confirm back, normally within a few days. You can also ask me for a copy of what I hold, or to correct something that’s wrong.
There’s no form and no process to go through. Just ask.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.
